Certification Class for Yarmouth restaurant employees in
June before each new summer season.

Test
and materials may be picked up one week prior at the
Yarmouth Health Department. The class will be taught
in English but you may request the test in Portuguese,
Spanish or Chinese for an additional fee. This class
is offered to members of the Yarmouth Restaurant
Association Only. Instructor's fees are paid by the
YRA - materials are paid by each student. |

Food safety
